something else

I think anyone who has ever experienced happiness would say they know the definition of the word …
Some would say – “happiness is when you are understood”… For some.

It seems that this is usually a short momentum, until a goal is reached. I mean the process itself to reach the goal… and then - the euphoria of it is gone.

Remember the cake your grandmother made? You waited for it for sooo-ooo long; you were running up and down the stairs to have a peek through the ovens’ door…

Slight aroma has created a bouquet of flavours in the mouth enough for you to be impatient … and you cannot wait until you bite in and…

…and the oven has opened up; a piping hot piece is on a plate (you could have waited for ten minutes to cool it down, but no :)) and you bit in… and it’s the best moment of your life!

Fifteen minutes passed by; you come back and grab another one…But it’s nothing like the first one.

And it’s always like this..

Everyone, who has ever experienced or thought about happiness, would say that they know the definition of the word...

But not everyone realizes that they are happy at this moment! Happiness is in now!

Serendipity: If I haven’t had been let go in November from my position as an Assistant Manager due to the economy, I wouldn’t have had an opportunity to work in the most amazing place I am at now!, just because if I haven’t have met Hugh 4 y ago I wouldn’t have worked for Daylesford Organic, because I wouldn’t have worked for LVMH before that, where I had one of the best managers who taught me alot.
Life is amazing! I strongly believe everything has a meaning and a purpose… there is no “accident”.
But it doesn’t mean you just now sit back and relax and think “Why bother? Everything is going to happen anyway! pfff”. No. You always have to work hard and give extra 10% to that 100% already. And you need to enjoy yourself! If you are miserable – then do something about it!
This is what “balance” means to me.
And I believe that the most Interesting is yet to come!

Using this opportunity I would like to say hello to Vlasta because its her tattoo which crossed my vision today when I opened blank Word document to start writing :)

Have a lovely day! Where I am going to continue listening to my favourite "Hotel Costes" compilations and reading "Moscow and Muscovites"....
