the dream is real

Usually I prefer to stay out of writing publically about films I've seen (especially if mystery and action are listed together in "Genre" section) , but this one has caught our imaginations for sure!

Inception, is visually stunning, is in constant motion, ingenious in parts and slightly mind-moving , may be one of the most intelligent action film I have seen so far.

Room with a clue

Extending his range, Karl Lagerfeld created a new campaign for Fendi that resembles stills from a movie.

The ads depict an “Italian couple in downtown New York,” according to Lagerfeld.

The mood is tense and enigmatic as the couple lounges around a retro apartment — actually, a set built by Stefan Beckman and suggestive of a hideout.

Love love love!

What are you reading? Tuesday

This May Bank weekend, we ended up in Oxford instead of Bath (never trust a man on a phone navigation). Naturally, taking opportunity we ended up strolling around the city and walked into a bookstore (what is very unsuaual for me while travelling)... where amongst other literature we took home to collect dust, I have started on this one by Graham Farmelo:
