lunch alone
Im not quite big on having lunches by myself, but I have discovered it is nice to sit down, open a book and enjoy good food and calm surroundings of Marylebone at 1600 GMT.
This is exactly what happened to me today when I ended up @Natural Kitchen.
Food was fresh, full of flavour, generous and wholesome - I had teriyaki salmon and selection of salads.
I like their retail side, which is bursting with artisan products, and the brasserie, which is open at 1600 for lunch (where most places wrap up), so:

four friends, Streetcar's speedy car, Chapel Down Bacchus white wine@ a local Fish restaurant and a reunion with my EOS (after a whole year!) made Saturday one of the most memorable days of August!
